Lisa Maul
Alethian Strategies provides project management, program planning, and performance analysis support to federal and commercial clients. Alethian Strategies is managed by Lisa Maul, MBA, PMP. Lisa has experience as both a federal project director and commercial business services manager in the environmental management, aerospace and defense industries. Her tenured program and project management career was built by leveraging her success implementing compliant earned value management systems (EVMS), and project integration and control, business management, integrated operations, chief financial officer, and contract management.
Lisa has more than 30 years of experience managing annual budgets in excess of $100 million and lifecycle baseline plans that exceed $1 billion. She has established a solid reputation for Alethian Strategies by managing integrated teams to develop comprehensive, multi-billion-dollar proposals and baseline plans that support a variety of strategic objectives. Alethian Strategies provides integrated strategic planning, cost and schedule analysis, and risk management support for environmental management, engineering, construction, IT and manufacturing projects. Frank Douglas Consulting has partnered with Alethian Strategies to expand our capabilities and supplement each other’s services, maximizing support to meet our clients’ needs.
21rw provides proposal management, proposal writing, production (including graphics and desktop publishing), capture management, market analysis and growth strategy, and proposal win (PWin) assessments. It also offers results-driven business development practices, personnel training and professional development, business development operations support, and lifecycle pursuit management.
Carrie Ratcliff is a managing partner and consultant for 21rw. With nearly 30 years of experience in BD, program management, organizational change, business process design, and transformation, Carrie is a sought-after professional known for tailored, cost-effective, highly successful proposal operations solutions. She is completing an M.S. in finance (expected 2023) at Johnson & Wales University, where she previously earned an M.B.A in organizational psychology. She has a B.A. in English from Northern Illinois University, a project management certificate from Cornell, and an organizational leadership master certificate from Villanova.
Stephanie Bond Suski, director of professional development and a consultant for 21rw, has nearly 25 years of experience in curriculum design and instruction. She is an accomplished writer and Association of Proposal Management Professionals foundation-level certified proposal consultant. A founding member of PropMasters™ Academy, Stephanie leverages her instruction experience, M.Ed. in secondary social studies from North Carolina State, and her B.A. in Spanish and history from University of North Carolina to design the PropMasters™ Academy curriculum and provide results-driven proposal consulting, BD analyses, response strategies, proposal writing, editing, curriculum design, and instruction.
Bob Belknap, senior consultant and writing instructor with 21rw, has more than 20 years of experience in English writing curriculum design and instruction. He serves as 21rw’s resident writing expert. A published author and founding member of PropMasters Academy™, Bob has a Ph.D., M.A., and MPhil in English from Yale and a B.A. in English from the University of Michigan. He also studied medicine for two years at the University of Washington School of Medicine.
